I use this product to make my own chocolate whipped cream, pudding, and ice cream and I also use it to make a fat free hot chocolate drink. I love this stuff, I am diabetic and I searched all over the internet trying to find something chocolate that I could eat without sugar and or artificial sweetners. Yes it seems a little strange at first and you have to make sure to mix it correctly by always putting the powder in the cup first but once you catch on you will be hooked. I wish some food manufacturer would use this product to make items for sale in the grocery stores, like ice cream, pudding etc. It is impossible to find acceptable foods if you can't have sugar and don't want artifical sweetners. Wonderful product, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
