" I finally figured out how to work this stuff and it's fantastic. It's now my everyday lunch drink. I place a measured 1 teaspoon into a 46 oz container, put about a cup of hot water in, cover it and shake well.
Then I fill the container with refrigerated water and place in the frig. It's ready to make about 6 cold drinks to my sweetness. Shake again after filling the container to be sure it's mixed evenly. If you wish, simply strain the last drink or 2 to catch all the larger residue if it bothers you (it bothers me).
